Answered April 11, 2020. I've been with Ulta for 7 years and yes, there is college reimbursement. I don't have all of the details in front of me, so I don't want to misinform, but I considered using the benefit at one time, but went another route. The pay at ulta is good considering what minimum wage is. However they’re so tight on payroll that it doesn’t even compare. A lot of the PT associates are able to work once or twice a week at like 5/6 hr per shift. It’s awful. Even management doesn’t get FT hours because of it.
